1. What Information Do We Collect?
The Nauu application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from you. The app does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. All actions, preferences, and data — such as your tasks, lists, and layout settings — are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to any server.
If you choose to contact us directly for support via email, we will have access to the email address you use, which we will use solely to respond to your inquiry.
2. Children's Privacy
Nauu is suitable for all ages, including children. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children.
The app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA), or the relevant age of consent in your region (in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). The Nauu app does not contain any forms, chat functions, or other interactive features that allow users to submit personal information.
3. How Do We Process and Share Your Information?
Since the Nauu application does not collect your personal information, we have no information to process or share.
We may share or transfer information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. This is a standard legal clause; however, since we do not collect user data, there is no personal user data to be transferred in such an event.
4. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission or information storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Any information you choose to share with us directly (for example, via email) is sent at your own risk.
5. What Are Your Privacy Rights?
Since the app does not collect any personal data, rights related to accessing, changing, or deleting your data do not apply to the use of the app itself.
In some regions (like the EEA, UK, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing personal information, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") feature. As we do not collect or track any personal information, these settings do not apply to Nauu.
7. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?
Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice regularly.
